Training and customer success management

The Sales & Distribution training team organizes separate training sessions for the different teams and field reps — management, commercial, sales (indirect & direct channels), mobile money and marketing — to target training effectively. The training includes the introduction of new processes, such as firefighting and driving growth, also called the War Room or the Engine Room process.

After the installation of Smart S&D, each client is followed by a dedicated customer success manager to guarantee effective usage. Working hand-in-hand with a local champion, they will make sure your team fully understands the processes and implements them internally. They will also hold additional training sessions for new users or to explain new features, etc.
